“We could not be happier. She was knowledgable, interesting, and engaging. Everyone in the room was highly engaged and challenged and many told me how much they enjoyed the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She was fantastic and went out of her way to interact with and get to know all our participants.”

Working With Teams

Whether it’s facilitating an intensive half-day workshop about the implications of AI for 300 CEOs, unpacking the psychology of high-performing knowledge workers with a specific team, or gaining a better understanding of emerging innovation trends— workshops are a great way to go deeper into Rahaf’s research themes.

Reframe High-Performance: Building an innovation centric culture.

Based on a three year research project, Hustle & Float themed workshops focus on understanding the unspoken beliefs about work that exist within each organization that could be interfering with optimizing knowledge work performance.

Workshops use the book’s 3S discussion methodology to guide teams through various exercises designed to facilitate meaningful conversations about performance, organizational expectations, and points of resistance that could negatively impact performance.

Ethical Data and Technology Practices: Leadership & AI

Building upon the best-selling research featured in Decoded, workshops within these theme focus on helping teams understand the fundamental link between data, technology, and organizational culture.

Workshops are customized to attendee’s familiarity with the topic. This workshop has been conducted with Chief Information Officers, as well as other teams within organizations that are less familiar with the technology, but that need a balanced and strategic overview of the leadership implications of these tools.

“Rahaf was fabulous and couldn’t have been more helpful to work with, a star. Really high scores and great feedback. Everyone was impressed by her knowledge, views, and ability to cover so much so well. We’d love to work with her again.”

Workshops that Work For You

All workshops are designed with client input — there’s no one-size fits all approach here. The focus is simple: create tangible and strategic ways to implement big-idea research.

An experienced facilitator, Rahaf has worked with event organizers, L&D teams, HR, and C-Suite to design a curriculum that is aligned with learning and strategic objectives.

“Rahaf inspired the audience by passionately sharing her unique perspective and truly engaged us in a thought provoking discussion.”

— Amber Grewal, VP Global Talent Acquisition, IBM
